VALIDATION SAMPLES · BYPASS PILOTS

Validation samples.
Bypass pilots.

The method is public. Project samples are published only when evidence completeness and disclosure permission both meet the threshold.

12-POINT RELEASE GATE

At least 8 of 12 items
before a sample can be published.

This threshold does not replace data quality review or owner authorisation.

  1. 01Disclosure authorisation
  2. 02Anonymised owner type
  3. 03Original process and pain point
  4. 04Flow envelope
  5. 05pH envelope
  6. 06Cu / Ni envelope
  7. 07COD and F / P envelope
  8. 08Equipment and connection configuration
  9. 097 / 30 / 90 records
  10. 10Results and data-source IDs
  11. 11Limits and failure conditions
  12. 12Commercial path, photo permission and archive ID
PUBLIC SAMPLE STATUS

No authorised project sample is currently published.

The validation method is public. Project samples will be released progressively with authorisation. We do not call scenario descriptions “cases”.

VERIFIABLE EVIDENCE PACK

What changes before and after validation?

This is the public method structure, not a completed-client result. Figures remain blank until a project meets the 8-of-12 release gate and disclosure is authorised.

01 / DATA

Comparable operating data

Water quality
Influent and effluent ranges; pH; Cu/Ni; COD; F/P.
Inputs
Reagents, power and operating conditions per unit of water.
Solids
Dry solids, dewatering and hazardous-waste cost basis.
02 / PROCESS

A stage record, not one favourable sample

  1. 7Screen the sample and decide whether to pilot.
  2. 30Run a matched bypass comparison and record deviations.
  3. 90Define the operating envelope and handover basis.

Indicative stages; actual duration follows the site and test plan.

03 / DECISION

Turn uncertainty into a project decision

Before validation

Unknown stability, dose, solids route, reuse impact and cost basis.

After validation

Proceed, adjust the process or stop; then choose service, rental, sale or managed operation.

A technical brief and pilot checklist can be requested after the project context is provided.

FIXED DETAIL TEMPLATE

Every published detail page
uses the same eight sections.

Blank fields remain internal. They are not displayed as evidence.

  1. 01

    Site conditions

Anonymised owner type, original process and operating pain point.

  2. 02

    Design Envelope

Flow, pH, Cu/Ni, COD and F/P must be ranges—not one favourable point.

  3. 03

    Configuration

Equipment 01/02, connection method, specification and final solids destination.

  4. 04

    7 / 30 / 90 days

State what is done at each stage and which documents are produced.

  5. 05

    Results table

Influent, effluent, reagents, energy, dry solids and hazardous-waste fee; identify self-test or third-party report number.

  6. 06

    Limits and failure conditions

Include cyanide without pretreatment, operation beyond the envelope and the explicit rule that zero sludge is not promised.

  7. 07

    Commercial next step

Pilot service, rental, sale or managed operation.

  8. 08

    Disclosure status

Named or anonymised, public-photo permission and internal archive number.
